Sunny Day may collect personal data from its visitors and customers to carry out the following processing operations:
– Management of your customer account, your orders, delivery and after-sales service:
We only collect the data necessary for the proper management of your customer account and the processing of orders: first name, last name, telephone number, address, email, password (encrypted).
– Browsing our site:

WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED AND WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO PROTECT IT?
Sunny Day takes every precaution to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data and prevent unauthorized third parties from fraudulently accessing it. The service providers with which Sunny Day works are committed to respecting data security and confidentiality.
The data we collect for customer account management (first name, last name, telephone number, address, email, password, order list) are stored with a Spain host 1&1 on secure servers located in Spain.
WHO IS YOUR DATA TRANSMITTED TO?
Sunny Day uses various service providers who comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the following services:
– Shipping and tracking of your orders: we transmit to the carriers (DPD, DHL) all the information necessary for delivery: name, first name, email, telephone number and delivery address.
– Payment for your orders: Sunny Day does not store any banking data during payment and does not have access to it. This data is stored only with our payment provider: Shopify Payments.
In order to avoid any fraudulent transactions, Sunny Day may request any supporting documents that can validate the payment. As part of this verification, the customer would then be asked to send by fax or email to Sunny Day a copy of an identity document as well as proof of address if necessary.
– Collection of customer opinions on orders and products: in order to always offer the best services and products, we solicit our customers through requests for opinions.
– Social media sharing tools (Facebook Like button): Social media may collect data relating to your browsing on our site. We invite you to consult the personal data management policies of the different social media networks you use.
– Measurement of statistics and traffic on our site: in order to offer you content and services tailored to your interests, we collect technical data. For this service we use the software: Google Analytics.
HOW TO REQUEST THE ERASURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any person may exercise their right to limit the processing and to erase their data. This right may be exercised with Sunny Day in the following manner:

If the response is unsatisfactory, you may contact the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA KEPT?
Personal data is automatically deleted within a maximum period of 12 months after inactivity (without your request).
